MY STORY
Ms. L Nicole Stringfellow is the owner and logistics specialist of Stringfellow Strategic Solutions, LLC. Her professional and academic background includes four years as the Vice President – Delta Region with Together for Hope/Cooperative Baptist Fellowship; a 19 year career as the Regional Director for the MDSC/AmeriCorps*VISTA program at Delta State University and served 5 years in an interim capacity as Director for The Center for Community and Economic Development. L Nicole has a diverse education with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Mississippi Valley State University, and Master’s in Criminal Justice from Delta State University, a Master’s in Human Capital Development from the University of Southern Mississippi and is also a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional from the National Development Council (New York).

She is a distinguished and diverse professional with 24 years of experience in case management, 26 years of community outreach and solutions development expertise, 26 years’ experience with assisting non-profit organizations in developing and implementing strategic plans; 25 years of program management experience, 15 years as an educator and a lifetime of service to people and communities. Her education and experience make her preeminent in working with grassroots communities, leadership development, program compliance and monitoring, volunteer management, and training & development.
MY SERVICE
L Nicole has been involved in HIV awareness and prevention work in the South since 1993 and has participated in mission trips to South Africa, and BIPOC cultural enhancement trips to Cuba, and Puerto Rico. She is the Founder and Executive Director of FABRIC, Incorporated, a nonprofit that focuses on strengthening the social fabric of society by investing in its people. Through her nonprofit, she supports women and girls in the South, and is expanding the work to San Juan, PR in a partnership with a women’s ministry.
